Which Documentolog service should an individual entrepreneur choose?

A user reached out to us with the following question:

“Hello, I have been using the service for six months. I am an individual entrepreneur providing services to individuals and legal entities. Due to the recent updates where the service was divided, I cannot understand which one suits me better.”

According to the legislation, individual entrepreneurs engaged in personal entrepreneurship can use the Individual Identification Number (IIN) assigned to a natural person. Accordingly, such users utilize the digital signature of the individual.

With the digital signature of the individual, the owner of the individual entrepreneur can work in 2 services:

1. The Documentolog Business service is used for signing documents on behalf of the individual entrepreneur. By connecting to the service, one can sign and send documents, conclude contracts with counterparties, and exchange acts in unlimited quantities on behalf of their individual entrepreneur. The service also has a free tariff.

2. The Doculite.com service should be used if it is necessary to receive and send documents in one’s own name (as an individual).

Thus, the user can work in both services using the digital signature of the individual, but the purposes of the services are different.
