In the Documentolog EDO system, there is an option to sign and send documents to counterparties who are not connected to electronic document management services. For this purpose, the system has implemented a feature to send the document in a legitimate form to the recipient's email.
It doesn't matter if the recipient is registered in the system – just enter their email address, and you can instantly send the document as a link.
Your counterparty will be able to view the document's content by following the link, sign it with an electronic signature, SMS, or QR eGov, and download it if necessary.
In case the document was sent to a non-existent email, a notification will be sent to your email (the sender) indicating that the document was not delivered.
What advantages will you gain by sending documents to email in the Documentolog EDO system:
Cost savings on document delivery: you can completely eliminate paper and courier services, sign contracts or agreements electronically with any counterparty, even with those who do not use electronic document management services.
Legitimate document exchange: electronic documents signed with an electronic signature are equivalent to paper ones. This allows you to sign contracts or send invoices, bills, waybills, or letters online.
Convenient document storage: all documents are conveniently stored in one place in electronic form. Safe storage, easy search, and accessibility from anywhere in the world.
Use Documentolog solutions! Signing a document online in the Documentolog system is simple and convenient, even for those who do not utilize the capabilities of electronic document management.
