Dear Customers, we would like to inform you about changes in the customer service process.

Starting January 3, 2024, all Customer inquiries will be accepted only through the Personal Account in the system, as well as via email at helpdesk@documentolog.com.

For your convenience, Documentolog has implemented a modern Support Center (Personal Account). Now any user can find answers to any relevant questions independently, 24/7, without waiting for a response from the Support Service. If the ready-made solutions do not help you, you can submit a request in the Personal Account.

The Personal Account allows you not only to receive up-to-date information but also to track the status of your requests and keep a history of your interactions with Documentolog.

Visit the Support Center link (in the system, the "Question" icon)  and take advantage of modern communication channels!
