We take a pause to find time in our busy work schedule to analyze the work done — to learn from our mistakes, remember the team's victories, and with even more enthusiasm and strength, start moving forward towards new achievements and heights.
So, how did the first half of 2023 go for our team?
1. Growth in the number of users
We are growing – new legal entities and individuals are joining the Documentolog ecosystem. Since the beginning of the year, 6,534 companies and 16,101 individuals have registered in our services.

2. Introduction of new products
We track the current market needs and keep our finger on the pulse. We do not stand still and offer new products for our current and potential users.
In the first 6 months of 2023, our development team implemented several new and unique solutions, including:
- The pilot operation of the CVHub project has been completed and its concept has been refined. CVHub is a platform for automated employee recruitment, an aggregator of job vacancies in the Documentolog system.
- The voting service (collection of surveys) for OSI/CSK/PT online has been implemented with signing in eGov mobile and digital signature. We managed to create one of the most convenient solutions for property owners and chairpersons, allowing them to collect signatures without downloading an app, additional registration, or payment. Since the announcement of the solution, more than 200 OSI and CSK have registered, over 100 contracts and votes have been created, and more than 1,000 residents have participated in voting.
3. Expansion of functionality and improvement of services
A significant amount of work has been done to improve product functionality. In the Doculite.com service the signing through QR eGov Mobile has been implemented, the Doculite mobile app has been updated, and the entire service has been localized into the Kazakh language.
In the Documentolog Business service journals have been transferred to a new interface, and the service “Voting for OSI/CSK” has been implemented.
The Documentolog Platform system has been updated to release 7.18. More details about the release can be found here. Integration with the information system “E-otinish” has been implemented.
4. Active use of various types of electronic documents
Users of the systems are actively refusing to use paper and are increasingly using documents in electronic format. In total, in the first half of the year, 1,098,504 documents were sent through Documentolog services. This means that our clients saved on purchasing paper, printing, and courier services 1,039,849,378 tenge.

5. Entry into new markets
We have completed the registration of a legal entity and the legal formalization of activities in Uzbekistan. Now our company will implement electronic document management for our foreign colleagues. We are residents of IT-park Uzbekistan.
6. Work with technical support
We have updated the Documentolog Support Center. A unified User Support Center has been created, with answers provided in 3 languages (Kazakh, English, and Russian). Quick tags have been introduced for ease of search, and the logic of sections and their display has been changed.
7. Confirmation of the system's secure operation
An information security audit has been conducted, and certificates have been obtained according to the ST RK ISO 15408 standard. This means that the software has been checked by a code analyzer and specialists for compliance with international information security requirements.

The new functionality enables companies from Kazakhstan and Russia to exchange documents and sign them with their countries’ electronic signatures with full legal validity. The integration addresses a key market challenge — the lack of a legal and convenient cross-border electronic document management solution between Kazakhstan and Russia.
