Integration of Documentolog and 1C: Now Working is Even More Convenient

Thanks to the integration of Documentolog with "1C: Accounting", the processes of working with contracts, payments, and invoice registration are automatically synchronized between the systems. All document data can be exported from Documentolog to 1C with just one click.

Let's consider a simple case using the example of working with payment invoices.

Previously, the manager had to issue an invoice in the EDM. After approval and signing, the invoice was sent to the accountant for execution, who manually transferred the data (BIN, payment amount, etc.) into the 1C system. This was inconvenient and time-consuming, and it often involved the risk of errors and typos. After the transaction was completed, the accountant again manually updated the payment information in the EDM.

Agree, it's inconvenient? This process was lengthy and required a lot of attention. Working with contracts and acts further complicated the routine.

Now everything is simpler! To enter data for a contract or payment, the accountant no longer needs to input data into two systems, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

How it works (using the example of a payment invoice):

• The manager issues the invoice in Documentolog.
• The accountant copies the data from the system with one click and registers the payment in 1C.
• Documents and payment status automatically become available in 1C.
• Employees can always view payment information in the document card in Documentolog Platform.

Seamless integration allows you to start using this functionality immediately without additional development. The universal plugin is suitable for most users.
