In order to create a favorable environment for entrepreneurship, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" now accepts applications and documents for the issuance of certificates of origin of goods in electronic format through the electronic certification system based on the DOC24 electronic document exchange service.

Transitioning to an electronic format:

will reduce the burden on business entities,
will ensure transparency in the certification process,
will provide information security,
will shorten the time spent on certification,
will optimize the entire process of obtaining a certificate.
The DOC24 service is aimed at registering entrepreneurs, submitting applications for obtaining certificates, sending document packages electronically, and receiving the certificate of origin of goods itself.

There is no longer a need to go to the Chamber to submit a paper document package; this can now be done online remotely by signing the application with the electronic digital signature of the legal entity.

All costs for sending and receiving applications from applicants in the electronic certification system are borne by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken".
