The implementation at Akmol Holding LLP, a large investment holding company with a diversified portfolio of subsidiaries in various industries, was successfully completed in a short time.

Due to the increasing number of companies, communication between the central management and its subordinate companies has become extremely complicated. Various challenges arose, including: correspondence between companies, exchange of contracts and their secure storage, unified personnel accounting for organizations, and control over the status of affairs and processes. Akmol Holding required a solution that would allow structured work within a unified system for both the central apparatus of the Holding and its subordinate companies. Such a solution was offered by Documentolog.

The standard production department was automated: incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal correspondence, personnel document management was implemented, and its main elements were automated, namely:

  • Leave application
  • Orders
  • Memorandums
  • Employment contracts
  • Employee evaluation system

The document management of various types of contracts, including sales, lease, contracting, transportation, loans, and others, was automated. Thanks to the Documentolog system, end-to-end control was established, allowing the central apparatus of the companies to track the status of tasks and assignments, the state of document management in each company, and employee performance control. As a result of the software implementation, the bureaucratic barrier is significantly reduced, which in most cases hinders the efficiency of the Holding's activities.
