Documentolog has launched an integration with the Integrated Information System “Public Service Center 2.0” for the automatic registration of Vehicle Sale and Purchase Agreements.

The new service fully covers the government service for registering vehicle sale and purchase agreements within a single digital process — from creating and signing the agreement to its official registration.

Digital registration of vehicle sale and purchase agreements — with no unnecessary steps

Previously, after signing a vehicle sale and purchase agreement, users had to separately visit the Public Service Center, verify document formats and signing methods, and consider the risk of rejection by government authorities.

The integration of Documentolog with the Integrated Information System “Public Service Center” eliminates these steps. Agreements signed by both parties in the system are now automatically transmitted for registration to the Integrated Information System “Public Service Center 2.0,” in accordance with the requirements of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens.”

How the service works

The registration process is fully automated:

• • The user creates a document of the “Agreement” type in Documentolog system
• • During creation, the user specifies whether registration of the sale and purchase agreement with the Public Service Center is required — yes / no
• • If “yes” is selected, the vehicle sale and purchase agreement is attached
• • The document is signed and sent to the counterparty
• • The counterparty signs the agreement
• • Once signed by both parties, the agreement is automatically transmitted to the Integrated Information System “Public Service Center 2.0”
• • The document is considered officially registered as part of the government service

All stages are completed without user involvement after signing.
