The new service fully covers the government service for registering vehicle sale and purchase agreements within a single digital process — from creating and signing the agreement to its official registration.
Previously, after signing a vehicle sale and purchase agreement, users had to visit the Public Service Center, verify the document format and the correctness of signatures, and also take into account the risk of rejection by government authorities.
The integration of Documentolog with the Integrated Information System “Public Service Center” eliminates these steps. Agreements signed by both parties in the system are now automatically transmitted for registration to the Integrated Information System “Public Service Center 2.0,” in accordance with the requirements of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens.”
As a result, users receive a single end-to-end process within the unified Documentolog interface.
The service has been developed in compliance with the requirements of:
Agreement registration is carried out through the official government system — the Integrated Information System “Public Service Center 2.0,” ensuring legal validity and proper delivery of the government service.
The functionality is available to all Documentolog users and is intended for:
No additional connections or third-party integrations are required.
The registration process is fully automated:
All stages are completed without user involvement after signing.
Integration with the Integrated Information System “Public Service Center 2.0” is another step by Documentolog toward full digitalization of legally significant processes. Users receive not just an electronic document management system, but a ready-to-use tool for delivering government services directly within a business platform.
Documentolog continues to evolve as a unified platform for creating, signing, and registering documents — fast, secure, and fully compliant with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
