Documentolog Summarizes the Results of 2018

The New Year — is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the past year and set new, more ambitious goals, gearing up for new victories. 

The year 2018 turned out to be very fruitful and full of bright events that we would like to share with you:

1. Documentolog was recognized as the «Best IT Company of the Year»

On November 5, 2018, the Digital Bridge Awards ceremony took place - the first award in Kazakhstan in the field of digitalization. In the nomination «Best IT Company», Documentolog was the winner. 

2. We held the first technology conference «Documentolog Technology Conference»

On February 8, 2018, at The Ritz Carlton Almaty, we held our first conference «Documentolog Technology Conference». Invited speakers from leading companies such as JSC «Kazpost», JSC «Agency «Khabar», JSC «ERCB», JSC «Damu Fund», and LLP «Magnum Cash&Carry» spoke about the automation of business processes and the development opportunities of electronic document management systems in organizations.

3. Successful integration with government agencies through the «KTSOED DOC24» Gateway

In October of the past year, we successfully implemented the integration of the «KTSOED DOC24» Gateway with the ESDO of the government! This allows our clients to correspond with government agencies in electronic format.

4. Documentolog was chosen as the supplier of the «Cloud Document Management» system to replace the ESDO in government agencies.

The Documentolog DMS was selected to replace the Unified Electronic Document Management System in government agencies. This means that over 140,000 civil servants will become users of the Documentolog system!

5. Automation of interaction with our clients through the «Documentolog User Personal Account» service

In March, we launched a support portal for Documentolog clients - the «Documentolog User Personal Account», which automated not only the process of submitting requests from clients for licensing and technical support but also the system implementation process.

From the very first days of the launch, the service demonstrated its effectiveness, allowing clients to independently track the status and execution of requests, thereby ensuring transparency in the provision of services. 

6. Launch of the «ST-KZ Certification» service in collaboration with NPP «Atameken»

Since May, NPP «Atameken» has been accepting applications and documents for the registration and issuance of certificates of origin of goods in electronic format. The project is implemented through the electronic certification system based on the KTSOED DOC24 service.  Now, thanks to the project, not only is the certification procedure transparent, but the process of obtaining certificates is also optimized.

7. Launch of the electronic subsidization project for entrepreneurs for the «Damu» Fund

Since July, the «Damu» Fund has transitioned to providing subsidies to entrepreneurs in electronic format. The project is implemented based on the KTSOED DOC24 service. Now entrepreneurs have the opportunity to sign tripartite agreements for obtaining subsidies online without additional costs from anywhere in the world!

8. Approval of a unified discount system for Documentolog clients

In September, we launched a unified discount scheme for all our clients, which has gradations based on various criteria. This step allowed us to systematize the provision of discounts for new and existing clients, making Documentolog even more accessible!

9. Provided financial support to IT students

This initiative was implemented in collaboration with the NGO «Taiburyl» as part of the «Monthly Scholarships» competition. As a result of the competition, 5 IT students will receive a scholarship from Documentolog for 10 months - the first contribution to the development of domestic IT specialists in Kazakhstan.

In 2019, Documentolog plans to continue improving the quality of services provided and increasing the number of clients. We also plan to:

• Pay special attention to information security issues and the implementation of innovative technologies such as machine learning, voice control, and artificial intelligence;
• Open the first Documentolog offices abroad, in Russia and Uzbekistan;
• Hold the second Documentolog Technology Conference in Astana;
• and much more that we will not reveal yet!
