Creating mailing groups. This functionality allows users to create groups of recipients in directories and structures. Groups can be general or personal for each user. Users can configure their groups and send documents to them without selecting recipients individually. This functionality will be available in release 7.15. ? Collecting users' E-mail addresses. The system includes a notification for users who do not have E-mail addresses specified in the structure during registration.
