Documentolog: Results of 2017 and Plans for 2018.

The end of the year is a time to summarize and make plans for the next year. Since Documentolog is primarily a client-oriented company, summarizing the results of 2017, we would like to highlight what new and useful things we have done for our clients over the past year: 

1. Our contribution to creating a paperless environment:
We launched a new service for legally significant electronic correspondence Kazakhstan Center for Electronic Document Exchange Doc24.kz (KCEDE Doc24). Now Documentolog automates not only the internal document flow of the company but also all external interactions with counterparties. 

2. The security of our clients' data is paramount:
We received Certificate No. 261.2017.216 dated 05.10.2017 for compliance of KCEDE Doc24 with information security requirements. This certificate not only indicates the verified reliability and security of the service but also allows integration with the systems of government agencies (including the State Electronic Document Management System). Thus, through KCEDE Doc24, legal and natural persons from the quasi-public and private sectors can exchange legally significant letters not only among themselves but also with government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Improving product quality: 
While launching a new product, we do not forget about the Documentolog DMS. In 2017, we released 4 system updates: Documentolog 5.23, Documentolog 5.24, Documentolog 5.25, and Documentolog 5.26.

4. Developing the product to meet our clients' needs: 

In addition to improving existing functionalities, our specialists are also working on the development of Documentolog DMS. In 2017, new modules were developed, such as Meeting of Collegial Bodies, Management of Internal Regulatory Documents, Archive, Operational Risks, ITSM. 

We believe that for Documentolog 2017 was particularly successful, so we would also like to highlight some achievements from the past year:

1. The project for the implementation of the service product Electronic Document Storage on the Documentolog platform (EDMS) in the government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan was completed, during which 14 ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan were connected to the EDMS. 

2. Our client list has expanded to include large state, quasi-state, and private companies, such as
- JSC «Samruk-Kazyna» 
- JSC «NUH «Kazagro» 
- JSC «Kazpost» 
- NAO «Government for Citizens»  
- JSC «Kazakhstan Stock Exchange» (KASE)
- JSC «Center for Electronic Commerce»
- JSC «Freedom Finance»
- and others.

3. In 2017, Documentolog, represented by General Director Baizhan Kanafin, took its first steps in charitable activities: 
- Together with Nariman Mukushev a free and accessible programming class for all children was opened at Zhezkazgan Coding School;
- Together with Talgat Shulatov, the assembly hall of school No. 4 in the city of Zhezkazgan was renovated;
- Documentolog sponsored the participation of the team Astana Runners in the international BI Marathon 2017 as a sign of support for a healthy lifestyle.

2017 for Documentolog in numbers: 
127% - sales growth compared to 2016;
79% - new clients choose the SaaS model; 
30% - increase in the company's staff;
29% - increase in average salary in the company;
122 - companies registered on the doc24.kz service;
34 - new clients of Documentolog DMS.

And a little about our plans for the next year:

1. On February 8, 2018, the Documentolog Technology Conference will take place, providing participants with the opportunity to learn about the new version of Documentolog DMS 7, practices for implementing and using Documentolog DMS at leading enterprises in the country. Conference participants will gain practical knowledge and share implementation results, receive recommendations on digitalizing document flow based on the experience of government and commercial organizations. Venue: Almaty, The Ritz Carlton Almaty hotel. 

2. The official launch of the new version of Documentolog 7, which includes a new interface design, built-in integration with the KCEDE Doc24 service, smart analytics, and many other new functionalities. 
We also plan to launch a new customer technical support portal in 2018, which will not only serve as a single entry point for all client requests but will also provide up-to-date information on new modules and company developments.

3. And of course, we will continue to work on improving our products and enhancing the quality of services provided. To this end, we plan to significantly expand the company's staff and allocate even more resources for the development of Documentolog DMS and the KCEDE Doc24 service.
