Documentolog Business updated to version 3.5.1

The functionality implemented for Doculite School has been refined and optimized:

The process of signing a single student report has been changed - the document card opens immediately when transitioning from Kundelik;

A modal window has been added for entering the IIN when transitioning from Kundelik, for user verification when signing documents;

Automatic assignment of administrator rights to all users of the Doculite School plan has been added;

The functionality for adding additional services in the payment section for users of the Doculite School plan has been removed;

The notification for discrepancies between the IIN in the profile and the digital signature used for signing has been changed;

A notification about the need to change visibility settings in Kundelik when there is no report data has been added.

The Free plan has been improved:

When creating an Outgoing document, the “Executor” field is hidden, and the document author is set to the Signer by default;

When adding a new employee, a notification has been added that they will have access to all documents;

The types of documents for the Documentolog Business plan are now displayed in the document creation list.

The functionality for inviting and adding users to the organization structure has been enhanced:

A new section for invitations awaiting confirmation has been added;

The functionality for confirming and rejecting requests to be added to the structure has been changed;

The design of the organization structure has been updated;

The ability to restore a blocked user back into the structure has been added.
