1. Improved the service "Electronic Certification System" of the NPP operator:

• Added a service for verifying issued certificates

• Added acceptance of "CT-KZ" certificates with QR code

• Added a field to the application for obtaining a "CT-KZ" certificate stating "No paper certificate of origin required for "CT-KZ""

2. Optimized file conversion to enhance document signing
