Doculite Updated to Version 2.15

1.  Doculite Vote: 

1.1.  The design of the voting interface has been updated;

1.2.  Collective voting has been added;

1.3.  The ability for legal entities to vote has been added (available from May 18);

1.4.  The option to extend the voting period has been added;

1.5.  The ability to create a copy of the vote has been added;

1.6.  When copying the voting link to messengers, the voting topic and description in Latin characters are also displayed.

2.  Changes have been made to Doculite pricing.

3.  The limit on the number of counterparties in one document has been changed: Doculite Free – up to 2, Doculite Pro - up to 30 correspondents. An additional check for documents received from the EDM system has been implemented – no more than 90 correspondents in one document. If the recipient has the "Sponsor" tariff, they can be added under any tariff.

4.  NPP RK service: when creating a copy of the application, all uploaded certificates of origin of goods are transferred to the copy.

5.  NPP RK service: when submitting an application for obtaining a ST KZ certificate, the ability to specify the BIN of the manufacturer, a third-party organization that is not the author, has been added.

6.  Responses to inquiries are displayed during the execution of the inquiries.

7.  When selecting an employee in the document, sorting by last name has been added.

8.  When downloading a document with an electronic signature, a QR code has been added to the footer of each page.

9.  A check for duplicate file names in one document has been added: the document will not be saved with duplicate names of attached files.

10.  An additional confirmation from the user has been added when requesting the cancellation of a document.

11.  The ability to withdraw a request for document cancellation has been added if the counterparty has not yet approved the request.

12.  The mandatory fields in the AVR/Invoice/Waybill have been corrected.

13.  The ability to unsubscribe from notifications via a link in the email has been added.

14.  The functionality for downloading the original document, RKK, and signatures for ezsigner has been improved.

15.  The profile now includes the option to deactivate the account with the possibility of recovery, while documents are not deleted.

16.  A check in the application for key updates has been added: the public and private keys of the transport electronic signature must belong to the same employee.

17.  FAQs have been updated.

18.  The profile now includes the BIN of the counterparty for sent documents in the tariff action history.
