Doculite has been updated to version 2.9

1.  The Contractor selection window has been changed.

2.  The search for contractors has been improved across all tabs: legal entities, individuals, government bodies.

3.  The ability to invite new employees for all 30 users has been added.

4.  For individuals in the "Payment" section, cashless payment and invoice options have been hidden.

5.  Integration of labor contracts with the "Labor Contract Accounting e-hr" system has been implemented.

6.  Prices for tariff packages have been changed.

7.  Paid packages for individuals have been canceled; packages for individuals are now completely free.

8.  The Doculite partner program has been renamed to the Bonus Program.

9.  New bonuses have been added: if a legal entity/individual entrepreneur registers via a referral link, 2000 tenge will be credited to the Bonus account. The maximum bonus amount is 100,000 tenge. Bonuses can only be spent on purchasing Doculite tariffs. 

10.  A lead reservation request has been added in the "Documentolog Partner Program" section.

11.  The functionality for saving drafts in NPP services has been improved.

12.  In the profile under the "Exchange with Government" section, a request for updating keys for replacing the transport digital signature keys used for encrypting messages sent to government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been added.

13.  In the Acts of completed works and Invoices, when editing, if the date is earlier than the current date, a message is displayed, and the document date is replaced with the current date.

14.  A power of attorney for an employee has been added.

15.  In the Employees directory, if the signing authority is not defined, it displays "Not defined".

16.  In the Acts of completed works, the ability for manual registration has been added.

17.  In the outgoing document, the registration number insertion in the cover letter has been corrected.

18.  In contracts, when assigning a responsible executor, it is not necessary to assign an employee from the "Responsible for Contracts" group.

19.  If an outgoing document is created from a request by individuals, this outgoing document is recorded in the "Response Document" field.

20.  Deleted documents are displayed in the MD in the All – Trash view.
