Doculite has been updated to version 2.6

1.  Doculite.global: English localization has been added.

2.  Services have been developed for integration with the digital signature of the NCE and document verification via iframe, and an SDK has been created.

3.  The authorization type "By Digital Signature" or "By e-mail" is now selected by default according to the type of the last successful login to the system.

4.  The ability to register multiple users under one e-mail has been added, with user identification only by BIN and IIN.

5.  The ability to re-register has been added if the user previously registered with an incorrect e-mail and did not confirm it.

6.  The activity feed is displayed by default upon logging into the system.

7.  In the "Documents" module, document types have been combined into solutions/modules: General document management, Personnel documents, Contract management.

8.  A new document type "Labor Contract" has been added (integration with the Unified Labor Contract Accounting System E-HR will be available in future releases).

9.  A new type "Service Request to the Operator" has been implemented on the test EDM Documentolog side.

10.  Acts of completed work, Invoices:

10.1.  Automatic formulas have been added when entering data.

10.2.  Numeric values are divided into digits with decimal values.

10.3.  In the "Act of Completed Work" at the "Closed" stage, the action "Create Invoice" has been added based on the data from the Act.

11.  In the "Counterparties" directory, a "Recent" view has been added.

12.  In the "Counterparties" directory, a separation has been added: "Doculite" directory, "Companies" directory. In the "Companies" directory, the ability to create a new counterparty directly in the counterparty selection window for the document has been added.

13.  The requirement for signature rights when signing types: Memo, Business Trip Request, Payment Request, Order/Instruction, Protocol, Personnel Statements, Advance Requests has been removed.

14.  A warning about the inability to insert digital signature marks in the uploaded file format is displayed next to the uploaded file.

15.  Notifications for organizations have been added when the DocPremium tariff ends in the form of an incoming letter one month and one week before the end. For other tariffs – via e-mail, in the Doculite system.

16.  A "Currency" field has been added to the Payment Request.

17.  After account deletion upon official request, a notification about the deletion is sent to the user's e-mail.
