As reported by the State Revenue Committee to taxpayers, a paper form is not required when signing the act of completed work. According to subparagraph 2) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2007 "On Accounting and Financial Reporting", primary documents in accounting serve as documentary evidence of the fact of a transaction or provision of services and can be made both on paper and in electronic form.

This means that there is no longer a need to print the electronic act of completed work. Because primary documents on electronic media, prepared and certified in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (according to subparagraph 7) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 7, 2003 No. 370-II "On Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signature"), are accepted for accounting, and a paper form is not required.

We sincerely support this kind of automation. We remind you that the electronic document exchange service KTSOED DOC24 allows you to send acts and invoices electronically to your counterparties, and moreover, it has integration with the E-SF. This means that acts and invoices signed in KTSOED DOC24 automatically "get into" the E-SF.

Register now and work with documents electronically with ease - https://doculite.kz/registration.

How the Documentolog platform fights against corruption

Often, corruption occurs in calls for tenders for state procurement. Because often their officials indirectly realize the schemes with the state allocators. Even if a business operates honestly, it can become a figurant in a raiding distribution — simply without notice.
