LLP "Anvar"

LLP "Anvar" is the largest wholesale and retail network in the Republic of Kazakhstan, engaged in the trade of food products, household goods, as well as its own production (meat and semi-finished products, bakery and confectionery products, culinary items).

We implemented electronic document management for the network using a SaaS model in just 7 working days. Approximately 100 licenses for users were purchased. 

Now, employees of the network can use the Documentolog solution to conduct official correspondence with counterparties, as well as manage both external and internal document flow electronically. 

It was important for the enterprise to have built-in functionality for external exchange with digital signature capabilities, as well as compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Electronic Documents and Digital Signatures.

The company is just at the beginning of its transition to a new working format and is in the process of testing the functionality and capabilities, but is already leaving positive feedback on the use of the Documentolog solution.
