NAO "International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects"

NAO "International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects" (hereinafter referred to as the Center) operates on the basis of the UN Expo. The Center aims to establish strategic partnerships between the global community in the field of developing a "green" economy, as well as attracting investments into Kazakhstani projects.

In October 2018, the Center completed the implementation of the Documentolog EDMS under the SaaS service model. Documentolog specialists configured standard settings for the General Document Management, resulting in the automation of the following types of documents:

• Incoming documents,
• Outgoing documents,
• Requests from individuals,
• Requests from legal entities,
• Internal documents,
• Orders/Directives,
• Protocol meetings

As a result of the implementation of the EDMS, 69 user licenses were acquired. All users gained access to the Documentolog mobile application.

In addition to automating the internal document processing, the Center was connected to the KTSOED DOC24.kz for prompt interaction with external counterparties.
