State Communal Enterprise "Regional Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS" of the North Kazakhstan Region

The State Communal Enterprise "Regional Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS" of the Health Department of the Akimat of North Kazakhstan Region (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established in 1990 as a regional service under the Republican Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS.

The Center conducts comprehensive work on the diagnosis of HIV infection, organization of anti-epidemic and preventive measures, as well as combating AIDS in the North Kazakhstan region.

In May of this year, in order to optimize document-oriented business processes, namely the processes of creating, agreeing, registering, and reviewing documents, as well as controlling the execution of related assignments, the Center implemented the Documentolog electronic document management system based on the SaaS model. Seven users were connected to the system.

The key criteria for selecting the EDS were the simplicity and user-friendliness of the interface. The implementation work was completed within 10 days.

Thanks to the Documentolog EDS, the processes of receiving/sending incoming and outgoing correspondence have been automated. The new solution has allowed the Center to organize a large volume of incoming documents and significantly reduce the time for reviewing and agreeing on documents.

In the future, the implementation of the EDS will allow the Center to exchange letters electronically with counterparties such as the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the "Republican Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS".
