National Scientific Medical Center

The National Scientific Medical Center (hereinafter referred to as NSMC) is a leader among multidisciplinary clinics providing high-tech medical services in organ and tissue transplantation, interventional cardiology and arrhythmology, cardiac surgery, and the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.

In April of this year, the management of NSMC decided to implement an electronic document management system. The motivation for this decision was the desire to increase the efficiency of the organization and optimize document-oriented processes. Documentolog was chosen as the provider of the electronic document management system.

The electronic document management system Documentolog was implemented for 180 users.

As a result of the work carried out, the following types of documents were automated:

• Incoming documents;
• Outgoing documents;
• Internal documents;
• Assignments;
• Requests from individuals;
• Protocol meetings;
• Orders for OD/Instructions;
• Transport requests Requests to Aho.

In addition to general document management processes, the management of internal regulatory documentation has also been transitioned to electronic format.
