JSC "Almaty International Airport"

Almaty International Airport (hereinafter referred to as the Airport) was established in 1935. In 1994, it was transformed into the Joint-Stock Company "Almaty Airport", which is currently succeeded by JSC "Almaty International Airport".

Today, airlines such as Lufthansa Cargo, Asiana, Turkish Airlines, FedEx, EL-AL, Ocean Airlines, MK Airlines, and others operate flights to Almaty Airport.

In light of the ongoing development of operations and the expansion of the client base, the Airport management considered ways to organize an efficient document flow within the company and move away from the use of paper documents.

In January 2019, the company completed a project to implement a service model SaaS system.

As a result of the project, the following types of General document flow documents were automated:

• Internal documents.
• Incoming documents.
• Outgoing documents.
• Assignments.
• Resolutions.
• Orders for core activities (instructions).
• Requests to the Administrative and Economic Department.
• Contracts/additional agreements.

All modules allowed for the optimization and electronic conversion of all routine processes related to documents, namely: working with incoming and outgoing correspondence, creating and approving documents, executing contracts, assignments, and instructions, and monitoring the implementation of decisions.

In addition to automating internal document flow, the Airport was connected to the KTSOED service. Thus, the enterprise conducts legitimate exchange of electronic documents with partner organizations.

The project contributed to speeding up document processing, minimizing time losses for senior and middle management employees, and reducing costs for document processing and storage.
