Public Association "National Paralympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The Public Association "National Paralympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was established in 2002. The Committee is the sole representative in Kazakhstan authorized to declare the participation of Kazakh athletes in international competitions, including the Paralympic Games, which are held under the auspices of various international sports organizations.

The Documentolog system was implemented on August 26, 2020, and the entire implementation project took 20 working days. The need for automation of the Committee's internal and external processes was the prerequisite for the implementation. A market analysis was conducted, resulting in all necessary solutions being found in the Documentolog EDMS. A key factor was the presence of legitimate external correspondence with counterparties, including government agencies.

During the project, the following solutions were automated:

Incoming documents (including resolutions);

Outgoing documents;

Internal documents;

Requests from individuals;

Requests from legal entities;

Protocol meetings;

Contracts/additional agreements.

Project results:

Currently, 37 employees of the Committee are interacting within the system. Employees note the convenience and ease of work, as there is no attachment to a workplace. Documents are reviewed, approved, and signed quickly. The delivery of letters to counterparties is carried out in a short time.
