Today, more and more educational institutions in the country are utilizing digitalization opportunities, transitioning to a paperless documentation format.
This is especially important for educational institutions, as it is difficult to maintain interaction processes among a large number of employees without automation. Documents can get lost among the numerous staff of universities, and the use of paper documents significantly impacts the institution's budget.
Moreover, automating document management in universities allows for the digitization of a wide range of business processes: not only general and personnel document flow but also activities related to students, their inquiries, and the university's communication with external partners.
