Newinttech announces the release of the new Documentolog 4.1.1. The new version of the system has been refined. New features have been added to existing modules, and new modules have been developed for the system that meet all customer requirements.
Now, Documentolog users have access to the Calendar module for planning tasks, events, and activities. This module has several features. Firstly, users can view the schedule of events not only for one day but also for three days and a week. Secondly, users can quickly and independently add not only personal but also group events, with each participant receiving access to the entry. Thirdly, thanks to the "Notifications" feature, users will receive timely reminders about events in the form of email messages.
We have worked on localizing the system. The new version includes support for a multilingual interface. Now, users can select one of the available interface languages (Kazakh, Russian, and English) in their profile, and all visual interfaces of the system (menus, buttons, headers) will be translated into the chosen language.
In the new release, the capabilities for supporting Electronic Digital Signatures (EDS), which is the electronic equivalent of a handwritten signature, have been expanded. It is now possible to use not only the internal EDS but also well-known external ones, such as IOLA and Tumar CSP. A document signed in this way has legal force equivalent to that of a paper-signed document (except for documents that must be in paper form according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
In Documentolog 4.1.1, the capabilities of the administration panel have also been expanded. Several new modules have been added:

How the Documentolog platform fights against corruption
