We are pleased to announce the release of Documentolog 4.2.1.
In this new release, we focused not only on fixing various bugs that arise during the system's operation but also on developing new functionalities for Documentolog.
We would like to highlight the most important changes:
- We have expanded the search function. The search for key phrases entered in the search bar is now conducted not only in the main documents but also in their related documents;
- A convenient feature for viewing the tree of related documents has been added to the journal. There is no longer a need to open a document to view all its related documents. Links to the parent or child document are now directly accessible from the journal.
- In any company, the issue of employee interchangeability during vacations, sick leaves, and other situations is critical. To optimize this business process, we have developed the «Substituting Position» function. By specifying a substitute employee in the system, the system will automatically send copies of all notifications to the substitute's email, marking their subject lines with the text "Acting." To perform any actions (such as signing or approving a document), the substitute needs to change their position in the User Menu to the position being replaced.
- The display of the Document Workflow has changed. It is now possible to view the Workflow for a specific date and to configure the display of either full or brief information about each stage of working with the document.
