Newinttech is pleased to present the new version of Documentolog 4.1.2, which features new functionalities compared to the previous version.
In release 4.1.2, the ability to preview attached files has been added. All major office formats (doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pps, pptx), graphic formats (jpg, tiff, gif, png, bmp), and others (pdf) are supported.
The option to use NTLM authentication for users has been implemented. With NTLM authentication enabled, the Documentolog system recognizes the user based on their operating system account.
The new version also expands the capabilities of the administration panel:
- A Calendar action has been added to allow users to quickly add entries to the calendar directly from the document view form;
- The document route editing form has been enhanced. A section titled "Incoming and Outgoing Points" has been added, allowing users to visually see all incoming and outgoing points in relation to the current point.
