On May 16, a meeting took place between the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliev and Kazakhstani IT companies, attended by the General Director Documentolog Kz Baizhan Kanafin.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC «NUH «Zerde» Ruslan Yensebaev spoke about the days of digitalization held by government agencies, the Yellow Pages Rule project, Open API technologies, and venture financing.
Representatives of IT companies raised the issue of the duplication of IT services and functions by the quasi-public sector. Currently, the Holding «Zerde» is working to eliminate such functions by amending the regulatory legal acts governing the creation and development of information systems.
It was also announced during the meeting that by the end of May this year, a task for the design of the transition to cloud electronic document management in government agencies will be announced. Documentolog, as a leader in the market of business process automation in Kazakhstan, plans to participate in this project.
