A New Feature Doculite Vote Implemented in the Doculite Service

With Doculite Vote, voting initiators will be able to receive real-time updates on voting results, as well as speed up the process of processing and counting votes.

The feature is designed for conducting electronic voting (surveys) both with the use of the digital signature of the National Center for Electronic Digital Signatures of the Republic of Kazakhstan and with the possibility of voting without a digital signature.

The Doculite Vote feature is free and is provided as part of the Doculite Free package.

Doculite Vote can be used for:

❇️ Voting by owners of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings.

❇️ Voting by the association of property owners of multi-apartment residential buildings (OSI).

❇️ Conducting any other surveys and votes for business and personal purposes.

Thanks to Doculite Vote, voting initiators will be able to receive real-time updates on voting results, as well as speed up the process of processing and counting votes.

To launch electronic voting using Doculite Vote, you need to:

1. Register in the Doculite Service and sign the Offer Agreement;

2. Create a vote;

3. Share the link via email, messengers, social networks, etc.;

4. At the end of the voting – export the voting results in PDF format.

For individuals participating in the voting, prior registration on the Doculite service is not required.

Doculite Vote includes 2 types of voting: standard and collective appeal.
