In Doculite, you can send documents to contractors who are not connected to the service!

When working in the Doculite system, there are situations where it is necessary to send a document or sign a contract with a contractor who is not registered on the service. Our clients had to use paper documents, which significantly reduced the efficiency and convenience of the Doculite service.

Therefore, for the convenience of our clients, Doculite has implemented a functionality for sending documents to unregistered users.

To do this, you need to:

• Create a document in the system and fill in the necessary details;

• Add a new contractor and fill in their BIN/IIN and other relevant information.

• Sign the document using an electronic signature and send it.

After that, the system automatically generates a access code for the recipient to view this document.

You can send the generated link to the document and the access code to your contractor in the way you choose. This way, the contractor will be able to view the content of the document, sign it, and download it with an electronic signature if necessary.

This functionality will allow you to send electronic documents and sign electronic contracts with any companies and individuals, regardless of their presence on the Doculite service!
