In the latest release of Doculite version 1.17, we have implemented a very useful feature.

When signing contracts and sending electronic documents through doc24.kz, the system will automatically notify you of any changes in the status of your counterparty via email or SMS.

The reliability check will be based on the following indicators:

* Inactive enterprise;

* Fake enterprise;

* Reorganized in violation of the Tax Code norms;

* Registration deemed invalid;

* Absent at the legal address;

* Bankruptcy;

* Tax and customs payment arrears;

* Unscrupulous supplier in Government Procurement;

* Legal cases mentioning the name of the enterprise.

Notifications will not only come about changes in the counterparty's status but also about changes in the name, legal address, or the first manager of the counterparty.

This will help you save time and financial resources!
