The Court ruled on the illegal activities of AZRK in relation to Documentolog

The administrative panel of the Astana City Court ruled on case No. 67199-25-00-4a/1218 on October 17, 2025, recognized the illegal ruling by the first-instance court and annulled the ruling of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition regarding the commencement of investigation concerning our company.

Thus, the ruling of AZRK and all actions taken based on it are declared illegal and should be annulled.
For us, this is an important moment not only legally, but also symbolically. The court ruling confirms that the justice system in Kazakhstan effectively operates to protect business and maintain the rule of law.
This ruling is not just a summary of one case. It raises important questions regarding the transparency of regulations, the role of private entities, and the protection of innovations in the country.
