With the release of Doculite 2.12 and above, the 'Contact Support' module is available in the system interface (see the question mark). This module allows you to submit a ticket to Doculite Technical Support with a detailed description of the issue, and you can upload supporting screenshots and other information if necessary.

You can send a ticket from the Menu on the main page of the system, as well as directly from the document related to the ticket. For faster processing of your request, we recommend specifying the Doc24ID of the document.

Thus, without leaving the system, you can quickly and conveniently report an incident, and we can promptly process your requests!
