Integration of Doculite.kz Service and Kundelik.kz Platform Implemented
Thanks to the integration, schools in Kazakhstan now have access to an integrated tool for signing strict accountability documents for academic needs in school education, such as journals and grade reports, as well as various types of reports available on the educational platform Kundelik.kz using an electronic digital signature (EDS).

Thanks to the integration, schools in Kazakhstan now have access to an integrated tool for signing strict accountability documents for academic needs in school education, such as journals and grade reports, as well as various types of reports available on the educational platform Kundelik.kz using an electronic digital signature (EDS).
Documentolog provides all educational institutions with a free Doculite School Free tariff, which includes:
• Integration with the Kundelik portal;
• Signing documents in Kundelik using EDS and storing them;
• 50 users for 1 school;
• 100 MB (approximately 150 PDF files).
Doculite School Free is automatically provided to schools after signing the Offer Agreement.
The agreement between the companies was signed on March 16, 2021, and today the functionality for signing the printed version of the class journal and the student's grade report is already available on the Kundelik.kz platform. To do this, you need to go to the print page of the selected document and click the "Sign with EDS" button.

There is no longer a need to print journals and grade reports and sign them manually, stamp them, and so on. Documents can be signed in an electronic legitimate format and the digital document can be saved as a PDF.
