All Doculite users have the ability to send electronic documents to any counterparties - both legal entities and individuals, including those who are not connected to electronic document management services.

Documents can be sent via e-mail or SMS.

To do this, you only need to create a document, specify the recipient's e-mail or phone number (see screenshot), to which the system will automatically send a link to the document and an access code for the recipient to view the document.

The counterparty clicks on the link and enters the access code. After that, they will be able to view the content of the document and download it with an electronic signature.

There is no need to resort to paper carriers and wait for document delivery. The status of document receipt can be viewed directly in the system.
