Why Should Homeowners Associations Use Digital Solutions?

Last week, we attended a seminar at the Homeowners Association Center in Astana. The Center regularly conducts consultations, presentations, and seminars for city residents on housing legislation, the activities of homeowners associations, and more.

Documentolog, in turn, has developed a new digital service to assist homeowners associations and apartment owners, which allows them to convert all paperwork into electronic format. In the service, homeowners association chairpersons can conduct votes and collect surveys from residents in an electronic - easy, and most importantly, legitimate format. For voting, apartment owners simply need to follow a link without registration or downloading a special application.
