We would like to inform you that companies operating via VPN are experiencing instability in the VPN channel, which may lead to system freezes in Documentolog. 
Initial diagnostics of our equipment did not reveal any issues. Therefore, we suspect that encrypted traffic is being blocked somewhere in the network.
We are working on restructuring the architecture to resolve this issue.
