Documentolog has launched the Doculite.com service, which allows companies and individuals in Kazakhstan to exchange electronic documents with the entire world.
The service enables foreign counterparties to easily register, create, and send letters, contracts, acts, and invoices to counterparties at Doculite.kz and Doculite.com.
Sending documents involves standard steps: uploading attachments, filling out the document card, signing, and sending the document.
Document signing for foreign counterparties is implemented based on the Adobe Sign solution. Such signatures have legal force and are recognized in almost all industrialized countries around the world.
One of the new and interesting features of Doculite.com is that you can draw your signature graphically and beautifully decorate the document with a "handwritten" signature.
When downloading signed documents from non-residents, an archive is created that includes a PDF document with a drawn electronic signature and a separate receipt in a new format with information about the document signing.
A free plan is available for everyone, allowing you to send 5 documents per month.
You can purchase the paid Doculite Pro plan online directly in the system.
All information about the new release of Doculite.com is available at this link.

How the Documentolog platform fights against corruption
Often, corruption occurs in calls for tenders for state procurement. Because often their officials indirectly realize the schemes with the state allocators. Even if a business operates honestly, it can become a figurant in a raiding distribution — simply without notice.
