"From April 1, 2022, we launched the new Doculite Business plan, which is an expanded and updated version of the Doculite Pro plan.

What has changed?
As part of the plan, the functionality of the Doculite service for legal entities has been expanded in terms of automating internal processes. Now Doculite users can use the service as a full-fledged electronic document management system.

What features does Doculite Business offer?
?Increased number of users – up to 30 in one company;
?Access distribution by groups, roles, and users;
?Full-fledged work with the following documents: incoming documents, outgoing documents, contracts, acts/acts of completed work, invoices and payment invoices, internal documents, employment contracts, appeals, waybills, voting;
?Sending documents to unregistered users via E-mail and SMS;
?Verification of the authenticity of electronic signature signing on the ezSigner service (JSC "NIT").

➡️ Cost - 950 KZT per month per user.
