New Release of Documentolog 4.4.1

Newinttech is pleased to present the new release of the Documentolog platform 4.4.1. As in previous releases, in addition to numerous fixed software bugs, our developers have also implemented new features. Below is a brief summary of the main innovations:

Chat - for quick messaging between system users in real-time:

- (1) click the [Chat] button to open the chat window;
- (2) add a new contact using the [+] button;
- (3) select a recipient for your messages from the contact list;
- (4) enter your message text;
- (5) all your messages and your interlocutor's messages will be displayed in this window.

Direct Scanning with Documentolog:

- support for both flatbed and sheet-fed scanners;
- saving scanned documents directly to Documentolog.

Notification Tool for New Emails:

- located at the bottom of the interface in all sections of the system;
- two buttons are available: [Read] to go to the email and [Read] to quickly mark the email as read without going to the mail module.

Adding a New Event Directly from the Mail Module:

- open the email you need;
- click the [Create Event] button;
- the subject of the email will be automatically transferred to the event title.

Quick Import of CSV File Data into the Directory:

- open the directory you need;
- click the Import button and select the CSV file with the data to be imported.

Unified Window for Adding a New User:

- consists of three tabs: Position, Employee, and User;
- reduces the time for adding new user data by allowing quick switching between tabs.
