To ensure high-quality technical support, improve customer service levels, and enhance the efficiency of interactions, we have launched a new support portal for Documentolog clients Documentolog Kz - "User Personal Account" cabinet.documentolog.kz!

The personal account will allow:

  • To submit requests for licensing support;
  • To submit requests for additional services;
  • To track the time remaining until the request is fulfilled; 
  • To send completed requests for revision if necessary;
  • To evaluate the execution of requests;
  • To access the Documentolog Knowledge Base.

The portal will not only serve as a single entry point for all requests but will also provide up-to-date information about new solutions, developments, and releases from the company. 

We hope that the launch of the personal account 

  • will maximize the automation of our interactions with clients, 
  • will eliminate risks and errors associated with the human factor, 
  • will ensure transparency in the execution of provided services, 
  • and thereby increase the level of satisfaction among our clients!
