The People's Democratic Party «Nur Otan» Automates Document Management with Documentolog!

Last week, work began on automating the document management of the People's Democratic Party «Nur Otan» on the Documentolog platform.

The «Nur Otan» party is the largest political party in our country, actively participating in the implementation of socio-economic and political reforms to foster political and legal culture among the population.

Since 2017, the Documentolog EDS has been used by party divisions such as the School of Political Management and the Youth Wing «Zhas Otan». Now, the Central Office, 242 regional and territorial branches of the party, and 4 subordinate organizations will be connected to the system.

Document management automation is being implemented using the PaaS (Platform as a Service) model through the information system «E-document management» on the Documentolog platform as part of the «Digital Party» project. Integration with corporate email has already been set up, and the General Document Management module has been launched. In the near future, integration with the ESED and other party systems will be initiated.
