We have received a license from the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, which allows us to develop, manufacture, distribute, and maintain cryptographic tools and information systems protected using cryptographic means.
This is an important step that enables Documentolog to provide its clients in Russia with full services for signing documents with qualified electronic signatures (QES) and to integrate with electronic document management operators and tax authorities in Russia.
The next step is to launch legally significant electronic document exchange between Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation through the Doculite service, where documents will be signed with QES from Kazakhstan and QES from Russia, respectively.
This means our clients will be able to sign any document, including accounting documents, with their QES issued in Kazakhstan and send it to their counterpart in Russia, where it will be validated and, importantly, will be legitimate.
Conversely, a company that signs a document with a QES from Russia will be able to send it to its counterpart in Kazakhstan. This document will also be validated and have legal significance.
