We Summarized the Results of Our Work for Q3 2021

We would like to share the main results and interesting figures.

Regarding the Documentolog system:

✅ Among the new clients of the Documentolog EDM: LLP "Sportmaster Kazakhstan", JSC "First Heartland Jusan Bank", JSC "NESTLE Food Kazakhstan", and others;

✅ Released version Documentolog 7.12 and 2 patches for Documentolog;

✅ Implemented new functionality in Documentolog Start, allowing clients to create a system online at documentolog.kz;

✅ Implemented new functionality for sending documents to unregistered users directly from the EDM via E-mail/SMS;

✅ Updated all our SaaS clients to version Documentolog 7.8.8;

✅ More than 2000 private bailiffs in 17 branches across the country have connected to the Documentolog EDM.

Every minute, an average of 197.99 documents are created in the Documentolog EDM, and about 665,248 documents are created weekly!

Regarding the Doculite system:

✅ Number of new Doculite users - 6,884;

✅ Number of documents sent via Doculite - 289,275;

✅ Number of signed contracts in Doculite - 49,150;

✅ Launched the Doculite.com service for exchanging electronic documents with non-residents of Kazakhstan and foreign contractors from anywhere in the world;

✅ Launched a pilot project for exchanging legally significant invoices and AWR with companies from Russia;

✅ Released version Doculite 2.17 and 5 patches for Doculite;

✅ Implemented integration with the Russian signature verification service SimpSign;

✅ Implemented integration with the Amway company's system (AWR, Invoice);

✅ Developed Only View - a personal account for

unregistered users;

✅ Contracts have been signed with schools in Shymkent for the "Kundelik" project;

✅ A new service has been implemented by the NPP "Creation of an expert organization and expert auditors. Creation of an expertise act considering the expert organization";

✅ Automated the process of forming and submitting applications under the "Damu-Öndiris" program of the Damu Fund;

✅ A service for exchanging documents and signing loan agreements electronically has been launched at Sberbank;

✅ Implemented functionality for sending documents to unregistered users via SMS.

Information security of systems:

✅ In the past quarter, 3,419 information security events were recorded and resolved.

Of these:

• 511 events were attempted hacks;

• 2,925 events were analysis and search for vulnerabilities in our network.
