The Legitimacy of Documents Signed in Documentolog/Doculite Can Be Verified with the ezSigner Service
Documents signed in the Doculite and Documentolog systems can always be downloaded and checked for legal significance using the ezSigner service. The service verifies the validity of the electronic digital signature (EDS) on the electronic document, information about the signatories, the individual identification number (IIN), the business identification number (BIN) of the company, the date of signing, and more.
When working with electronic documents, users often wonder how to ensure their legitimacy.

always be downloaded and checked for legal significance using the ezSigner service. The service verifies the validity of the electronic digital signature (EDS) on the electronic document, information about the signatories, the IIN, the BIN of the company, the date of signing, and more.
To do this, you only need to download the signed document in the CMS format from the system (
there is a special button “Download for verification on ezSigner” implemented in the document attachment). The downloaded document can then be uploaded and checked on the
ezsigner.kz service. Information about the results of the verification of the electronic digital signatures of the document's signatories will be displayed.
The ability to verify the document is available for users of
Doculite and the Documentolog system
