The "Kazakhstan Center for Electronic Document Exchange DOC24" is a system designed for the legally significant exchange of any documents in electronic form between all legal entities, and now also between all individuals.

In simpler terms, individuals can now register on doc24.kz using their personal digital signature and exchange any electronic documents, such as acts, invoices, contracts, official letters, and more, with any individuals and legal entities that use the doc24.kz service. If a company is not in the system, it can be invited.

Using the KCEDE doc24.kz will allow you to

  • eliminate document losses and errors related to human factors;
  • abandon numerous paper copies of documents;
  • reduce document delivery time to 5 minutes regardless of distance;
  • significantly lower costs associated with using paper documents (for courier services, printing, etc.).

Registration for individuals is completely free!

You can learn more about the advantages of the service and the registration process here
