As part of the transition to the Service Model of informatization for government bodies and the quasi-government sector, JSC NIT "Zerde" announced the acceptance of applications for the development of an electronic document storage system that ensures the preservation of archival documents in electronic form for ESDO/SED GO. Our company, Documentolog Edocs, successfully passed all testing stages and was chosen as the developer of this storage system.

As part of the transition to the Service Model of informatization for government bodies and the quasi-government sector, JSC NIT “Zerde” announced the acceptance of applications for the development of an electronic document storage system that ensures the preservation of archival documents in electronic form for ESDO/SED GO, user access to archival documents in electronic form, and verification of the legitimacy of archival documents in electronic form.
Four companies participated in the competition, including LLP “Documentolog Edocs”, LLP “Letograf IT Consulting and Services Kazakhstan”, LLP “Pamedia Vision”, and LLP “Asia-Soft”.
Documentolog Edocs developed software in accordance with the design assignment from JSC NIT “Zerde” and successfully passed functional and load testing at JSC NIT and RGP GTS. We became the only company to pass the compliance test for information security requirements within the framework of the ICT service designed to address the tasks of forming an electronic document storage system.
Thus, having significantly outperformed our competitors, next year Documentolog Edocs will be responsible for developing the electronic document storage system that ensures the preservation of archival documents in electronic form for ESDO/SED GO.
