Documentolog Company Ranked 2nd Among Software Development Leaders According to RAEX

Every year, the rating agency "Expert RA Kazakhstan" conducts an analysis of the information and communication technology market in Kazakhstan. As a result of 2016, Documentolog Company ranked 2nd among software development leaders, increasing its revenue by more than 20% compared to 2015.

In the overall ranking, Documentolog also strengthened its position, rising from 7th to 5th place. The company attributes its stable growth to its focus on the continuous development of its own product - the Documentolog EDMS, enhancing the competencies and professionalism of its employees, as well as increasing labor productivity.

Several factors contributed to the significant growth in the company's revenue: 

1) New significant clients, including JSC "NUH "Kazagro", JSC “Agency “Khabar”, JSC “Administration of the International Financial Center Astana”, JSC “Kazakhstan Institute for Industry Development”, JSC “State Social Insurance Fund”, JSC "Almaty Development Center", JSC "Center for Economic Research", and many others;

2) Documentolog won a competition held by JSC "NIH "Zerde" for the service product "Electronic Document Storage for ESDO", which is an important step in the company's development. 

3) Increased loyalty and trust from clients towards cloud technologies, and in our case, towards Documentolog as SaaS. 

Regarding the sales growth forecast for 2017, Documentolog plans to increase its revenue in 2017 by at least 130%. "First of all, the new pricing policy has made our product even more accessible not only for large organizations but also for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. Additionally, this year we launched our new product, the “Kazakhstan Center for Electronic Document Exchange” (KCEDE doc24.kz), which will allow correspondence in electronic format with all counterparties in a legally significant manner. The KCEDE doc24.kz service will be available for both companies with an EDMS and for enterprises that do not use electronic document management. We expect that these factors will significantly impact the development and sales growth of our company." - shares the General Director of LLP "Documentolog" Kanafin Baizhan Bolatbekovich.
