The company "Almaty SU" has become our official partner!

We signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation with «Almaty SU».

The enterprise manages the largest water supply and sewage system in the country, serving over 1.5 million residents of the city of Almaty and the surrounding areas.

As part of the memorandum, we launched a pilot project to automate the company's document management in the Documentolog EDMS for 500 users and automated all key processes of internal document flow. Thanks to the pilot project, the enterprise will have the opportunity to assess the system's effectiveness before its actual acquisition.

In addition, our specialists configured electronic document exchange with the counterparties of «Almaty SU» (contract signing, letter exchange, etc.) using the Documentolog Lite system. We are currently working on connecting the company to electronic correspondence with government agencies.
