electronic signature)" (EDS, ES) for electronic document management between Russia and Kazakhstan has been completed.
“The goal of the project was to create the service "Cross-Border EDS (ES)", which provides legally significant cross-border electronic document management. The results of the project can be considered successful. All parties have already confirmed their mutual interest in further operation of the service "Cross-Border EDS (ES)", – said the chief advisor of the certification center LLC "Gazinformservice" Sergey Kiryushkin.
Dmitry Klass, director of digital products at "RAIL EXPERT" commented on the completion of the service development as follows: “Our team identified the main value of the service in providing a ready-made boxed solution for business users in Russia and Kazakhstan even before the start of work. The end user should not face high organizational and technical barriers to access cross-border electronic document management. Together with our partners, we operate within this paradigm, creating a seamless digital product tailored to the needs and capabilities of different clients, which helps reduce transactional costs and increase the speed of transnational transactions.”
The General Director of "Documentolog Global Limited" Baizhan Kanafin on the launch of the new service: “We have often heard from our clients their wishes for exchanging electronic documents with foreign counterparties, and we are pleased to announce the launch of such a service for businesses in Russia and Kazakhstan. Notably, for companies using Documentolog or Doculite solutions, this service will be available by default. That is, they will be able to exchange legally significant documents with their foreign partners without the need for additional actions.”
The service "Cross-Border Electronic Digital Signature (electronic signature)" is being launched at the initial stage in pilot operation and will be available for 6 months to all interested legal entities - residents of Russia and Kazakhstan, on a free basis.
